Hello!!!!!!! So I know the daily specials have been up to date but I haven't been filling you in on the other happenings around the store!!! Now that we are settled in at our Alberta St. location we are able to bring on some more wholesale accounts. If you live in Gresham and you can't make it into the shop as often as you would like, don't worry, you can still get your daily Dovetail Bakery fix!!! There is a lovely new natural market called Lillian's Natural Marketplace located at 283 NW Miller that carries all your favorite treats!

Hello everybody!!!! Happy fall times to you! Sunlight is looking golden and the shadows are getting long... I love this time of year! In light of the change of seasons there are some really exciting changes happening around the bakery that I want to share with you.

WE HAVE NEW HOURS!!!!

We are opening up shop at 7AM (AN HOUR EARLIER) so you can grab coffee & a pastry on your way to work (or school, or home from a long night out, or on a walk with your exceptionally cute dogs, or just earlier than usual)! Aaaaaaannnnnnddddd WE ARE CLOSING UP SHOP AT 4PM instead of 8pm. It allows to really focus on breakfast and lunchtime foods, snacks and treats!!! Don't worry, we still carry desserts but we are finally adding strong food to our menu!!!!

WE HAVE NEW FOOD!!!!

Some of you probably already know that we are serving AMAZING, made from scratch SOUP EVERYDAY!!! We will have a changing selection based on the season. The soups have been EXTREMELY POPULAR so come by early & pick some up for your lunch or take some home for dinner!!! Check this blog for daily specials. A bowl of soup is $5 and is served with a fresh dinner roll or corn muffin.
