rhubarb fever

thank you summer and spring! friends, there are two new locations where you can find and enjoy dovetail bakery sweets & treats! please find your way to the red & black cafe in its new location at se12th, and also at cellar door coffee! too cute! cellar door roasts their own coffee man is it cute in there! rumor has it that the building that houses said cute coffee shop was designed to resemble the hotel on main street in disneyland! spectacular! and for those who don't already know and love the red & black, you can't go wrong. maybe it might be full of the friendliest people around. ps the food is some kind of delicious!!! and in honor of the changing of the seasons, a new scone will be entering the lineup! rhubarb with orange & anise. this if my first time getting to know rhubarb and i can say with confidence that the love affair is serious. on another note, thanks to everyone who participated in bike back the night sponsored by pwcl (portland women's crisis line). i hope you all enjoyed some itty bitty cookies!
