this rich flaky double crust pie is full of organic locally grown apples and our own homemade salted caramel sauce. made with first pressing coconut milk this salted caramel adds a classy twist to a classic favorite.

pear & vanilla bean pie w/ pecan streusel $28

fragrant organic bartlett pears flecked with real vanilla bean, piled high in a rich flaky handmade crust, then topped with crispy toasty pecan streusel. soft & fragrant, crispy & nutty, this pie is perfect at any occasion.

recently people have been asking me if we can ship our baked goods. yes we can and we do! i would like to present you with a very small photographic essay all about it.
