    I adore your salty-sweet trail mix cookies that I buy at Whole Foods/Hollywood. When they're crisp, they're the best... when they're soft and limp, I take a pass. Seems as though one week they're crisp, the next they're not, back and forth.

    Thank you so much for the feedback. I am so sorry to hear that they aren't always as they should be! All of our cookies should be crisp on the edges and soft in the middle.
